Eating healthy and on a budget is sometime a tricky combination in this fast paced world we live in. As I'm sure you may have experienced; finding the balance between nutritious, delicious and affordable can be a challenge especially if you've never had professional help before. Well, today is your lucky day because I'm giving you a free recipe, (one of my favorites might I add), that can help you prepare both a healthy and nutritious meal for yourself.

SBNutritionGeek - Breakfast Muffins

Sauté some of your favorite veggies and season to taste. Place in a pre-greased cupcake pan and fill 3/4 of the way with egg whites. Bake until firm. Taste great atop a salad for lunch too!
